Domestic Shipping
Free ground shipping on all domestic orders.
International Shipping
For Canadian orders below $300, there is a $18 flat rate shipping fee. Orders above $300 have a $45 flat rate shipping fee.
For all other international customers, orders below $300, have a $30 flat rate shipping fee. Orders above $300, have a $150 flat rate shipping fee.
Please note, we are not responsible for tax and duty fees. The customer will be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
Processing Time
Please allow for up to 3 business day for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification associated with your order with tracking information once your order has shipped. Most domestic orders deliver within 3-5 business days.
Rug Retun Policy
At this time all rugs sales are final. If you have purchased a rug that you are truly unsatisfied with, please contact us directly so we can discuss any potential options. Minimal Chaos strives to insure you are happy with your investment.
Shoe Return & Exchange
We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult, that's why we allow for returns / exchanges initiated up to 7 days from delivery.
Please contact us directly to begin your return process; please include the following information:
- Order number
- Whether you are returning or exchanging
- If exchanging, please list your desired shoe number and size for replacement
