Rug Return Policy 
At this time all rugs sales are final. If you have purchased a rug that you are truly unsatisfied with, please contact us directly so we can discuss any potential options. Minimal Chaos strives to insure you are happy with your investment.


Shoe Return & Exchange
We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult, that's why we allow for returns / exchanges initiated up to 7 days from delivery.

Please contact us directly to begin your return process; please include the following information:
- Order number
- Whether you are returning or exchanging
- If exchanging, please list your desired shoe number and size for replacement

 
Other Returns
All non-shoe Souk sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us directly upon receipt.
